Actor Sasikumar has proved to be a prominent face of Tamil culture and native content. While he has already got a wide array of hit movies in this genre, here comes ‘Kaari’, the latest one to join the league.
Kaari is the name of Gods Ayyanar & Karuppasamy. This movie title is based on the names of Gods that Tamil people adore and pray and is considered the epitome of Courage and Bravery. This film is directed by Hemanth, and is produced by S Lakshman Kumar of Prince Pictures in all its grandeur.
Parvathy Arun has played the female lead role in this movie. She has already been a part of critically acclaimed Malayalam movies like Chembaruthi Poo, 21 am Noottaandu starring Mohanlal’s son Pranav in the lead role and a few other films. Besides, she has been a part of a few Kannada and Telugu movies as well. JD Chakravarthy has played the antagonist in this movie.
Director Balaji Sakthivel, Aadukalam Naren, Redin Kingsley, Ammu Abhirami, Naagi Needu, Prem, Bigg Boss fame Samyuktha, Ram Kumar, Theni Murugan, and other prominent actors are performing pivotal characters.
The shooting of this movie is already wrapped up and the postproduction work is happening in full swing.
Significantly, Kaari has shaped up as a full-length action entertainer for the audience, which is very much evident in the trailer. In particular, the hi octane encounter between hero Sasikumar and villain JD Chakravarthy has been stunningly depicted like a Raging Jallikkatu Bull and a fierce racing horse.
